Do you charge sales tax?
No, all orders are tax free!
How much is shipping?
The following flat shipping rate applies to shipments within the continental USA only (includes Hawaii):
- For orders valuing over $99 (excluding shipping), shipping is FREE!
- All other orders ships for a flat $8.95 per order.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we do! Shipping cost will calculate at checkout.
Can you ship to anywhere else other than the continental USA & Canada?
Yes, but only on a order by order basis. Please email us what you would like to order to email@example.com or use our contact form here. We will let you know what the shipping cost would be and you can decide if you like to proceed with the order or not.
How do I get the most out of my shipping cost?
The larger your order, the more you will save on shipping costs. When your order contains more items, the cost of shipping per item goes down as it is spread across multiple items since the shipping cost is fixed.

How fast do you ship?
We process all orders very quickly. If you place your order Monday through Friday before 8am Pacific Time, your order will ship the same day. We do not ship on the weekends. Once shipped, transit time is generally 2-7 days and is typically 1 day for customers located in the NW USA.
You will receive an automatically generated email notifying you that your order has been shipped. You will continue to receive email updates on the status of your package until it has been delivered.
We currently use the US Postal Service and UPS for our shipping. We try to get the order to you as fast as possible, so in most cases your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or First Class, which is a 2-3 day delivery to most locations. For some larger orders we will need to send it via UPS (5-7 days) due to excessive volume.

My order is taking longer than expected, what gives?
Due to the pandemic, increased online shopping, and other factors such as the distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine and decreased carrier workforce due to sickness, it has caused a lot of stress and strain on this nation's logistics system. This could cause your order to arrive later than expected, but it's still on the way! We thank you for being understanding, flexible, and patient during these hard times. We're all in this together!
How do I cancel my order?
You must send your cancellation request to us before 8am Pacific Time after the order has been placed. Please provide your full name and order number. If you missed the cut-off time, please refer to our return and refund policy here.

My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?
We package our orders well, but please understand that once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the shipping carrier's hands. If you've received a damaged item, please visit our refund and returns page here for further instructions.
