Do you charge sales tax?
No, all orders are tax free!

How much is shipping?
Shipping will be calculated during checkout. Shipping cost is based on weight, product size, and dimension. We do not mark up shipping costs and actually charge you below the standard market rate

How do I get the most out of my shipping cost?
The larger your order, the more you will save on shipping costs. When your order contains higher quantities, the cost of shipping per item goes down as it is spread across multiple items.

How fast do you ship?
We process all orders very quickly, within 16 hours! Transit time is generally 2-3 days and is 1 day for customers located in the NW. 

We currently use the US Postal Service and UPS for our shipping. We try to get the order to you as fast as possible, so in most cases your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or First Class, which is a 2-3 day delivery to most locations. For some larger orders we will need to send it via UPS (5 days) due to excessive volume.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not at the moment.

How do I cancel my order?

You must send your cancellation request to us before 8am the next day. Please provide your full name and order number.
